Many think she's dunzo, but the obituaries for her career are way premature. She still possesses her massive Idol-winning pipes and the new album's failure will likely mean she'll undergo a major reinvention for her next album, and that's likely a good thing. She's mentioned recently her next album might be country-influenced and while we'd all rather hear another "Since U Been Gone" hit over a Patsy Cline cover, some mellow twang would better suit this sincere gal from Texas than her Alanis impression on 'My December.'
